Pad Thai is a Thai favorite but it’s also the Thai dish that is most well-known in America, along with Tom Yum Goong and Tom Kha Gai. Basically it’s fried noodles with scallions, bean sprouts (too-uh gnoh), egg, lemon or lime juice and some sweet sauce for flavor.
